The Lattimo Paladini contain within them a layer of transparent colored glass, hidden by the Lattimo glass. This inner layer is revealed through skillfully executed engravings by master grinders, running from the neck to the shoulder of each Paladino. These deep and deliberately emphasized engravings amplify the depth of the internal colors, creating a fascinating interplay of light and shadow that goes beyond the simple surface.
