VITTORIALE

In the twenties, when Gabriele d’Annunzio was creating his vast and original Vittoriale degli Italiani complex, Napoleone Martinuzzi designed this CHANDELIER model that bears the name of the Vittoriale.
It can still be seen today inside the villa, installed in the “Globe Room”.
It is enriched by various decorative elements, while remaining true to the ideal of simplification that already in the twenties had induced Venini to revolutionise the Murano tradition.
CHANDELIER in blown CRYSTAL glass, pure or with gold leaf, consisting of arms and scroll elements, from which hang pendants made using both the “balloton” and the straight and twisted “rigadin” techniques.
The structure is in gold-plated metal.
