No, there are no limits to either quantity or cost.
DOES ADDING PRODUCTS TO MY CART COMMIT ME TO PURCHASING THEM?
You can decide to not complete your order, even if you have added products to your cart.
WHEN IS THE PURCHASE PROCEDURE CONCLUDED?
When you enter the data required for payment you will be redirected to the purchase confirmation page, containing the order number and date. Upon completion of the purchase, you will receive an e-mail containing the details of your order and confirmation that the order has been correctly received.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY SHIPMENT?

At the time of shipment you will receive an email with the tracking number, in order to be able to monitor the shipment.
You will also be able to check the progress of your order from your personal account, if it was created before placing the order and the latter was made as a registered user.
HOW CAN I KNOW IF THE VENINI PRODUCT I PURCHASED IS AUTHENTIC?
All Venini products are engraved with the Venini logo and the production date. To confirm that your Venini product is authentic, send us a photo of the product in its entirety and a detail of the engraved logo to firstname.lastname@example.org

IS IT POSSIBLE TO DEFER PAYMENT OF MY ORDER?
You can defer payment of a Venini order of up to €2,000 by selecting Scalapay as the payment method at check-out. For more information about this payment method, please read the applicable section.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Refunds are made via the payment method used for the initial transaction within 10 working days of completion of the quality controls carried out at our warehouse and subject to the technical times required by the banking institution.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT A BOUTIQUE?
Pick-up is available from our Venini Boutiques in Milan and Murano. You can choose to place an order via our website and to pick it up at one of the above mentioned Boutiques.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY BOUTIQUE-DELIVERED ORDER?
You have 14 days to pick up your Venini order from the selected Boutique, starting from the day the product arrives at the Boutique.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is free. There are no additional shipping costs for Venini orders placed via our website.
CAN I DELEGATE PICK-UP OF MY BOUTIQUE-DELIVERED ORDER TO ANOTHER PERSON?
You can delegate pick-up of a Boutique-delivered Venini order to another person. If you will not be picking up the order yourself, please provide your delegate with a signed proxy and a copy of your ID.
