Colors that overlap with movements and irregular rhythms.
Seemingly shapeless mass that becomes the essence of uniqueness and diversity.
Geacolor is the technique and color masterpiece designed by Gae Aulenti.
Apparently random silhouettes, irregular protrusions and surfaces just waiting to be explored with the eyes and fingertips, created by the combined techniques of heated colors and a hand wheel, which guide the color into positioning and shaping itself.
One vase that becomes a thousand different vases, which changes with the light, angle, and in the eyes of the beholder.
Designer
Graduated in architecture in 1954 at the Politecnico di Milano, Gae Aulenti was active in the editorial board of Casabella from 1955 to 1965.
